Yesterday the weather was just goregous and I decided that it was time to kick off grilling season. I had my eye on a grill skillet and now was the time to buy. I can tell that we are going to get along great.
One trip to wholefoods later, I had all the ingredients for the inaugural meal. We have an affinity for octopus in our house, so that was a natural place to begin. You might notice a few bits of squid in there, I was feeling adventurous.
There is really nothing better than grilled asparagus, but I can't wait to try out brussel sprouts on this thing.
It was such a treat to be able to eat outside. I'm already thinking of what I want to grill next!
