I'm Pickled Pink!

I LOVE making pickles. When there aren't cucumbers around, I'll just pickle something else. I tried pickling radishes last week. They were great. There just weren't enough of them. So yesterday, I pickled radishes, onions, cauliflower and garlic. I'm in love with the color. If someone finds the color offputting, then that just means more pickles for me. I wish that pickling was instant. 
It's so hard to have a gorgeous jar of almost ready pickles on the counter. One more day and they'll be good eatin'.
